How do I create a Daily Gem Deal.com account?
For a limited time - you do not need to create a DailyGemDeal.com account - you can simply click and buy without any registration. In the future, we will be implementing exciting new features that you will want to register for, such as discussion forums and account histories. For now, however, just shop and enjoy! When we require registration, you will find the instructions on how to do so here.


What payment options do I have?
We perform all of our payment transactions through PayPal. Through PayPal, you can either pay with your PayPal account, or we can take your Visa or Mastercard, even if you don't have a PayPal account! Sorry no checks or money orders.

Shipping

What about shipping?
DailyGemDeals.com offers USPS PRIORITY MAIL AND FEDEX on all items. A standard mailing address is required. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. At this time, we are only able to ship to U.S. mailing addresses.

Where's my purchase?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you will always be able to see your package's status.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship most orders within 3 business days. All orders will be shipped via ground shipping and will take 4 to 8 business days to reach its destination in the Continental U.S. Please contact us at shipping@dailygemdeals.com BEFORE YOU MAKE PAYMENT if you need to have your order shipped overnight or 2-day.

Do you ship international?
No, currently we only ship within the United States.
