DailyGemDeals.com (DGD) personally inspects every piece of jewelry that leaves our facility -
you don't receive it if we don't approve it.

We know that sometimes, however, there are either issues during shipping where a piece might get damaged, or maybe the piece just wasn't what you thought it was going to be.
Don't worry, you have options.

Customers can return any item within seven days of the shipping date for a full refund in the manner in which you paid for the product (i.e. - PayPal sales will be refunded through PayPal). You must contact Daily Gem Deals at returns@dailygemdeals.com to receive an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Items returned without a valid RMA number from DGD will not be accepted for refund. The item does not need to be at our office within the seven days of shipping, we simply must have received a request for the RMA number within those seven days to qualify for the full refund. Items must be shipped back to Daily Gem Deals in the condition that they were sent to you, in the same manner (usually USPS) and must be insured for the purchase price.

After seven days, your item can still be returned until the 30th day after it was shipped. However, customers with these returns will receive a credit from Daily Gem Deals for a future purchase. You simply follow the same process noted above, receive an RMA number, and ship the item back to DGD in the same condition and using the same shipping method.
